Novak Sanitary encourages residents and businesses in the Greater Sioux Falls area to donate useful items to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
ReStores are non-profit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price. And, donations are frequently tax deductible.

The ReStore makes is easy for you to donate your materials. They can pick them up in their big yellow truck, too! Call Kevin at 605-274-6287 for additional info and/or to make arrangements.
ReStore cannot accept
- Clothing, shoes
- Fluorescent lights & fixtures
- Lead-based materials
- Small electronics
- Toxic materials
- Water softeners
Legal restrictions prevent them from accepting some items. They also have limited storage capacity and may be unable to receive overstocked items. If they are unable to accept your donation, ask them for a list of other donation and disposal centers that may be able to assist you. When in doubt, call 605-330-1950.
Donating to the ReStore keeps usable building materials, home improvement products and appliances out of the Sioux Falls Regional Sanitary Landfill. It's giving to the max!!!
