Service Notice and COVID-19

Our Main office remains closed at this time, we have placed a drop box for payments in the front lobby for your convenience.

If you are in need of secure document destruction, the Dakota Data Shred warehouse is available for paper drop off from 9am- 3pm, please call 605-373-9281 before arrival to ensure we will have someone on site to assist you. 

You can still reach our customer service department by phone at 605-338-7126, through our WasteConnect app, or by our Contact Us form on our website.

A message regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the city of Sioux Falls has temporarily modified city ordinance 57 to allow for curbside garbage pickup. Please place your carts curbside by 6am on your day of service and retrieve your container at the end of service day. Curbside service will continue until the national Covid emergency declaration is rescinded.   Thank you for helping us keep our city clean and our drivers safe.
